I don’t actually know if there’s anyone reading this, guys I have actually been given a lot of messages from guys asking me to come back, it’s really sweet of you, but guys it’s not gonna happen. I do play CP, (okay, about once a fortnight), but I still play. I am not offering to meet anyone but I just wanna let you guys know that I am out there.

It’s not that I grew out of blogging, I grew out of CP blogging. I still have a very popular website which is http://theorlandoguide.net which I’d appreciate if you’d visit, and if possible click on my adverts. It’s a small pleasure, if you click it earns me a minute amount of money. Not much, but hey. I am moving on to do bigger and better things with life. If I die, or go to hospital I will let you all know, but it’s mainly my Twitter. http://twitter.com/olihj, if you’re not following and listing me there, I suggest you do to be up to date with my stuff. I have just over 19,000 tweets (as of mid-late April ’09) and over 700 followers and I appreciate to see you there.#

The reason why I posted this (if you are even reading…) is because well, it’s nearly been a year. Yeah, *gasps* I know, it was middle-ish, end-ish May I quit, it’s coming towards the middle-ish, end-ish of April now, 2010. So if you care, if there’s anyone reading – this is what I’ve done from then, to now. Of course I’ve had several blogs. I can’t live without blogging.

1. Okay, so in May when I quit – pretty much soon after, in late/mid June I started up iMmopuk’s Daily News (http://idailynews.blogspot.com), it was an unmittigated failiure (is it still there, dunnoh…) and it didn’t last a month even, lol.
2. So then in mid July I started up GuideFlorida again, which I registered in Jan ’09, but never used. I ran that with Florida posts, for a while. Of course, I actually went to Orlando, Florida in the August.
3. I continued with that until about October, November 2009 when I continued with GuideFlorida, but… I did real-life blog posts.
4. In mid-December 2009 I had got bored, and lacked enthusiasm with posting, and that went down the drain.
5. 2 days after that I started up on the CP bandwagon again and made http://thefunnypenguin.wordpress.com (now deleted) which had CP funny pictures. It was popular, but it didn’t last long, until late December. Yeah, shorter than the News blog.
6. On the same day, I came back to GuideFlorida, but I realised that it wasn’t about Florida really, more Orlando – and that was my specialised area, so yes, I started it again, but with a new name ‘The Orlando Guide’ but with the http://guideflorida.wordpress.com domain.
7. In mid-January 2010, I brought a domain through WordPress, still using their service, but I brought a .net domain, hence the site becoming http://theorlandoguide.net.
8. That lasted for a fair while, I revamped practically everything, but I wanted and needed more and to be stretched, so in mid-March 2010, I went self-hosted. It was a FAILIURE. So I cancelled it and I stopped. No blog.
9. But, in very late March 2010, I found a great site to help me with the self-hosted process, and bing-baddley, wow, transferred the domain and went self-hosted using wordpress.org, still under the name http://theorlandoguide.net.
10. And then, my uncle and I (mostly me, eh hem) did the designing and my uncle did the behind-dah-scenes techhy stuff and it got looking and going great, then I introduced adverts and that’s where I am now!

I have twittered the whole way (since 28th February, 2009) and there’s been up’s and downs, and that’s my past year, blogging wise. I plan to stretch The Orlando Guide further, by hopefully doing an eBook, a podcast, an iPhone/iTouch (and now iPad app), merchandise store and much more by mid-2012. It may seem a long way away, but these things take time. And this is the proffession I want to be when I’m older. A travel writer/blogger, tecchy guru.

Ooh, Ive missed a lot since Ive quit. I still play CP of course, but it just seems like a whole lot easier not blogging. I do post a bit on iDaily but that will go soon, well it might. That means yes, ish. I might get back to my Florida blog that Ive been inviting visitors to etc.

If you are still blogging out there I am congratulating you. I know it may look easy to all you non-bloggers, but trust me it isnt. It was fun at first and it will always be a great memory.  And for those bloggers who have 2 or 3 blogs you are AMAZING! So, its just a little hello and a goodbye from me. I have some new widgets I made myself – pretty good eh? I know on the Pin one it says the Tinypic thing when you hover over and when you click it – but look – I’ve learned from my mistakes on the ninja one – look it looks fab. It’s got the info when you hover over and when you click it!

Hehe, optimistic title. Well, over the last week or so I have been giving you teasers on how close Rockhopper is coming and/or his progress and what’s happening. Well it is confirmed and for you all to see that he’s arrived on Club Penguin. Awesome! Let’s diggle in to the cheats:

1. First log on to Club Penguin.
2. Then click the beach.
3. Walk the bridge to the Migrator (ship).

Then, here is the images of his decorated ship. Normally when Rockhopper visits Club Penguin he comes in his usual Migrator with some piratey items. Well, not this time. Now he’s gone the full way out and smartened his decor and has gone for a jungely theme. Mabye inspired from when he was in Florida!

While we’re downstairs – Rockhopper has some rather nice items on offer for you! The free item is his ‘Overgrown’ background. I would’ve called it: “Jungala!” but then again, hey ho. He also has some potted plants for members -  mabye they’re like the old ones that grow!

They are quite nice. Why not get into the piratey spirit and play a game of Treasure Hunt to earn some ‘booty’ to pay for the plants and mabye continue that way!

But, if you’re one desire while Rockhopper is here is to find him – then you’re in luck! Visit the Rockhopper Tracking page in the sidebar on this website which will provide you with all the help you need. May do a re-furb or change the images…

Moving off that, the new pin! It’s in the Pizza parlor.

1. Log onto Club Penguin.
2. Head to the Plaza.
3. Then zoom inside the Pizza parlor and go back on yourself to get the Ice Cream Sundae pin!

What’s the coolest part of this Haunting of the Viking Opera play?
Well it’s sort of like “Vikings versus Ghosts”, which is a tough one to call. Ghosts are spooky, but Vikings have those pointy-helmets. Both are exciting, doing ghost-y and Viking-y things. Oh man, could you imagine a Viking Ghost? I think I just scared myself!

Do you think Vikings ate candy?
Most definitely. I’m pretty sure that’s what the Vikings in the Operas were singing about in the first place: how much they love candy.

From the latest what-haps and misbeans I am sure that last Thursday I did a post showing you Rockhopper coming with some sort of jargen to his usually plain Migrator. Here is a closer updated look.

I wonder if any Orang-utans and lions and zebras, (wait that’s not right, zebras don’t live in jungles!!) As I was saying – let me know what your prediction is as always.

A lot of new merchandise has been coming out lately. I picked up 6 packs of Card Jistsu cards in my local newsagent (thanks mum!) and there are tonnes of stuff here and there waiting to be brought. A key example the latest of Club Penguin’s delights is the PSA books and CP books. They are to incourage children to read and have fun while reading. Apparently it gives more info on how to work with Gary and about the PSA.

The books include: Secret Agent Handbook, Waddle Lot Of Laughs, The Inventor’s Apprentice, The Ultimate Official Guide to Club Penguin, Igloo Makeover, Stowaway and Stuck on Puffles are now avaliable in Book stores. And like most CP toys, some give codes to unlock stuff online!

By now your probably wooping that RH is coming again!! I am too – nice to see the pirate and ask him of his adventures in Orlando. But – what is he carrying?

Hrrm… What do you reckon it is? They are also gonna release the Club Penguin Trading Cards to the UK very shortly so that will be good as well. Here is a sneak peek too. You lucky what-sits!
